Shop Policies
-
We desire to keep a supportive and uplifting atmosphere, being especially conscious of body positivity and constructive criticism. Please keep your language and comments kind and respectful.
-
Many of the older vintage dresses have fragile fabric and must be handled gently, both on the hanger and when trying on.
-
No food or drink is permitted in the shop. You may eat outside in the courtyard or at the tables next to Judd's Store.
-
All children must be attended and are to keep curious hands away from the dresses.
-
Brides may bring a maximum of 5 additional people in their party to appointments.
-
One person may use the dressing room at a time, and dresses may only be tried on with my assistance. Clients may not use the dressing room unattended. During walk-in hours, customers are free to browse if I'm already with a client, and I will assist clients on a first-come, first-served basis.
-
No fake tanner may be applied within 48 hours of trying on a gown in the shop or wearing a rental gown.
-
If you would like to rent a gown instead of purchase, please click here to read the wedding gown Rental Agreement policy.
